Some authorities, such as the Finnish Tax Administration, the Office of Data Protection Ombudsman or police are entitled to receive your Personal Data in order to implement their legislated duties. We can also disclose your data to other authorities or parties with the decision of a competent authority or a court of law within the limits allowed by the law.

8. Data Retention

We are committed to processing Personal Data only to the extent it is appropriate and necessary for the conduct of our business and for the fulfillment of our legal, tax and reporting duties and rights as an employer and towards the authorities as well as in line with applicable data protection laws.

We keep personal data only for as long as necessary for the purposes for which it was collected. Personal Data based on a contractual relationship is processed, as a general rule, during the validity of the contractual relationship. For the purpose of fulfilling statutory obligations (e.g. the Accounting Act) and due to periods of statutory limitations, data may also be processed after the contractual relationship has ended. Personal Data received via Website are stored for a maximum of 2 years after the Personal Data is collected.

We do not use automated decision-making and profiling regarding the Personal Data.
